‘C’ Standards Rubric

I was working at a coaches clinic this past weekend here in Watertown, and had a discussion with a man who was the director of coaching for a club.  He was trying to come up with a way of evaluating the coaches that are in the club that he works with.  I immediately thought of this “rubric” that we developed for the ‘C’ License instructors.

When I got it out to take a look, I was reminded of the fact that this is just good advice to us as coaches in regards to our effectiveness.  These are little reminders of how we need to be sharp for each session that we coach.  There is a lot players that are coming to practice looking to be challenged, and looking for fun.  We will discourage them if we are nothing but our best each time!
